Psalm 22:30

Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.

28For the kingdom is the LORD’s. He is the ruler over the nations.
29All the rich ones of the earth shall eat and worship. All those who go down to the dust shall bow before him, even he who can’t keep his soul alive.
30Posterity shall serve him. Future generations shall be told about the Lord.
31They shall come and shall declare his righteousness to a people that shall be born, for he has done it.
Notice

“Future generations” stretches the horizon beyond your own lifetime, toward people who will hear about the Lord and serve him after you are gone.

1 Peter 2:9But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out …Both passages speak of making the Lord known: future generations will hear about him, and God’s people proclaim his excellence.
Hebrews 2:13Again, “I will put my trust in him.” Again, “Behold, here I am with the children whom God has given me.”Both mention a generation or children in relation to God, though Hebrews speaks of children given by God rather than future proclamation.
Isaiah 53:10Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him. He has caused him to suffer. When you make his soul an offering for sin, he will see his offspring. He will prolong his …Offspring appear in both passages: the psalm foresees descendants serving the Lord, while Isaiah says the suffering figure will see his offspring.
Isaiah 8:18Behold, I and the children whom the LORD has given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of Armies, who dwells in Mount Zion. Both concern generations in relation to the Lord; Isaiah’s children serve as signs, while the psalm’s future generations hear about him.
Romans 9:8That is, it is not the children of the flesh who are children of God, but the children of the promise are counted as heirs. Both use language of descendants, though Romans distinguishes children of promise from physical descent, a distinction Psalm 22:30 does not make.
Psalm 102:28The children of your servants will continue. Their offspring will be established before you.”Both psalms look beyond the present generation to descendants who will continue before God and serve him.
Galatians 3:26–29For you are all children of God, through faith in Christ Jesus. The connection is limited to family language: the psalm speaks of posterity, while Galatians names believers as God’s children through faith in Christ.
Psalm 87:6The LORD will count, when he writes up the peoples, “This one was born there.” Selah. Both concern people in relation to the Lord; Psalm 87 describes his record of peoples, while Psalm 22 describes future generations serving him.
Psalm 73:15If I had said, “I will speak thus”, behold, I would have betrayed the generation of your children. Both connect speech with a generation belonging to God: one anticipates telling about the Lord, while the other fears betraying his children.
Psalm 45:16Your sons will take the place of your fathers. You shall make them princes in all the earth. Both look toward succeeding generations, though Psalm 45 concerns sons becoming princes and Psalm 22 concerns descendants serving the Lord.
2 Corinthians 6:18I will be to you a Father. You will be to me sons and daughters,’ says the Lord Almighty.”Both use family language in relation to the Lord, though Corinthians names God as Father and the psalm speaks of future generations.
Jeremiah 33:22As the army of the sky can’t be counted, and the sand of the sea can’t be measured, so I will multiply the offspring of David my servant and the Levites who …Both link descendants with service to the Lord, with Jeremiah naming David’s offspring and the Levites who minister to God.
