California and other U.S. state privacy law rights, plus the choices available to all Psalmlog users.
Your rights at a glance
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete your account and your journal entries
- Export a copy of your data
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (we currently use Meta Pixel and Google Ads conversion tracking — see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy)
- Limit our use of your Sensitive Personal Information
- Opt out of targeted advertising
- Appeal if we deny any of these requests
How to exercise these rights
Email support@psalmlog.com from the email address on your account. Please include:
- Your name and account email
- What you'd like to do (for example, “Opt out of sale/sharing” or “Delete my account”)
We'll confirm receipt and respond within the timeframes described in Section 13.6 of our Privacy Policy — generally 45 days for CCPA/CPRA requests and 30 days for GDPR.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising. You do not need to email us separately.
