Psalm 100:5

For the LORD is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations.

3Know that the LORD, he is God. It is he who has made us, and we are his. We are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
4Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name.
5For the LORD is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations.
Notice

“For” roots the preceding call to thanksgiving in God’s goodness, while “all generations” stretches the grounds for praise beyond the span of one life.
